Regatta Fleet Head & Deputy Head Instructor/ coach wanted.

IODAI wish to recruit a Head & Deputy Head Instructor/ coach for the Regatta Fleet for the 2010 season.  The appointed candidates will be responsible for running the regatta fleet at the following events:

Munster’s (RCYC) 15^th  & 16^th May,

Connaught’s (LDYC) 29^th & 30^th May,

Leinster’s (Skerries)  12^th  & 13^th June ,

Ulster’s (Ballyholme) 26 & 27^th June,

Crosbie Cup (LRSC) 17^th & 18^th July,

Nationals (Dunmore East) Tue 17^th to  Sat 21^st Aug ,

End of Seasons (TBA) 2^nd & 3^rd Oct.

The ideal candidate will be available for all events, will have good experience directing less experienced instructors and will have a specific plan to work with a skills based approach over the season.  Candidates are advised to consult the revised Regatta Fleet guidelines recently published on the IODAI website.  Interested applicants should email their sailing CV & details to jillsommerville@eircom.net before December 20th 2009.
