Optimist Rigging Guide

With a lot of new sailors in the fleet we thought this "fool's guide" to rigging an Oppie would be useful to many of our new sailors AND PARENTS.  Of course the ultimate aim is to have all sailor's rigging their own boats but in the early years with very young sailors this can be a bit ambitious.  You can of course, always ask for help.  This guide in no way means that the more experienced won't help the newcomers.
